You play as Cadence, a struggling pop singer who gets rejected from the “Noteworthy Song Contest.” To prove the judges wrong, she travels across the land of Note—a world where musical genres are segregated into different nations—to recruit an eclectic band and stop a “Harmonic Convergence” that is literally tearing the world’s music apart.
